The assembly process of temporary structures is one of the most important services when contracting a temporary structures manufacturer.
Step 1 SITE PREPARATION
Before starting the installation of a fabric structure building, it is necessary to make the site preparation and adapt it to the type of structure to be assembled. The Site preparation consists of the cleaning and levelling of the ground, as well as the transfer of the waste to a dump site.
The preparation of the land usually takes an average of one week and can be done the manufacturer of the fabric building, or by a third party.
Step 2 SETTING OUT AND STACKING (anchor plates layout)
Once the site preparation has been made, site measurements are taken and the anchor plates position are defined on site. Once the anchor plates layout has been checked, the plates are anchored using the fixing elements established according to the ground.
Depending on the type of surface, one type of anchor or another will be used:
Compacted soil or asphalt: it will be picketed.
Concrete: An expanding dowel or threaded rod will be used.
Step 3 STRUCTURE ARCHES ASSEMBLY
The next step is to prepare the assembly of the main arches of the structure. For this purpose, the arches are placed on the ground, above some protection stops and in a horizontal position. Each gantry has a specific position in the structure and is pre-assembled and numbered from the workshop for that location.
Step 4 LIFTING OF THE ARCHES OF THE MODULAR STRUCTURE
Next, the arches are lifted, rotating in relation to the fixing with the base and using the necessary machinery in each case. To do this, start with the 2 arches that are braced by means of diagonal struts and that represent the resistant module of the structure against the perpendicular thrust.
Finally, the roof bars joining the arches (straps and braces) will be placed successively.
Step 5 INSTALLATION OF THE LATERAL ENCLOSURES
Once the metallic frame has been lifted, the auxiliary profiles for the enclosures and accesses are placed according to the design of the project. The next step will be to install the enclosures of either canvas elements or rigid side wall panels (trapezoidal metal sheet or sandwich panels can be used). The roof enclosure will be placed at the end.

Step 6 FABRIC BUILDING ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
If the structure contains secondary elements, such as drainage channels, industrial doors, advertising elements, etc., these will be placed at the end of the assembly.

Step 7 VERIFICATION AND INTERIOR CLEANING
Once the installation and assembly of all the accessories of the fabric building is completed, the final review is carried out to certify that all the elements comply with the usual operating regulations. Finally, the interior of the fabric building is cleaned, and finally all construction elements as well as any residue are removed, and the building is ready to be delivered to Client on a turnkey basis.
